Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I am humbly accept the invation about the speech that I will give it at international meeting at ZZZ college.
I would like to suggest the date on 1st of August because that is the very first day at meeting so I prefer a good start. My speech will have 3 parts. Firstly, introduce the history of my country and let all the guests have a main concept, then, I will concentrate to talk about the recent event in China, which is how the people celebrite spring festival in the family becuase that is the most important thing in my country. Finally, I would like to deliver how Chinese welcome everyone come and view that land wholeheartedly.
To be honest, I never been to ZZZ college before so I hope you could arrange a laptop, a projector and a well-sounded microphone so I am able to give a good speech.
