In 2004, we saw the launch of the new social network, Facebook, with expectations of its great benefits. Its benefits we have seen but hidden deep within it is a danger to the health of the user. Facebook helps update information effectively, communicate easily, share information quickly and facebook is a double-edged sword of social networks in the world. Firstly , this is the main cause of insomnia because the light of the phone screen will make the brain fool it is not sleeping time. Therefore, when using the phone in bed, you will find it difficult to sleep. You can't focus on anything when you're nervous to see if there's anything new on Facebook, or how many likes your picture, etc. Your mind is not focused on anything else. Not only that, it also affects eyesight and increases the risk of depression.
As you may know, Facebook cannot control whether the person posting the information is appropriate, for example, reactionary articles, wrong information, especially videos containing vulgar words, which often appear. and there is an entire reactionary group established and engaged with people. not only do many articles become more trending among young people like but sometimes these posts can kill people. I think all of you know that the girl in Nghe An committed suicide because she couldn't stand the psychological pressure from the criticism and post about her on facebook and finally she choose to end her life. . It is a concrete demonstration of the harmful effects of psychological pressure that Facebook causes.Facebook does not manage information strictly. In 2018, Facebook was even suspected revealing user information. In fact, Facebook did not guarantee the users garons the most necessary privacy of users.
The harm of facebook we are know and we can completely control it. People use Facebook as a stress relief tool but they shouldn’t be abused. Some young people see Facebook as a source of life, they share many life stories on Facebook to earn likes and share to satisfy their needs mental yourself. Facebook is a virtual social network, a double-edged sword that extinguish successes, wears down health and it can indirectly kill us.
I have read somewhere a very interesting and ponderous sentence, namely (do you think we are controlling Facebook now or Facebook itself doing that) a pyschological prison is being set up? it's holding a lot, a lot person and maybe you're sitting here.
And finally remember that you can use facebook but let me see that you are using it to bring success to you.
