Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to give my feedback about your homestay which we had rent last week.
My class had a 2-day field excursion in a village near Hanoi and was looking for a homestay. We had been advertised that not only was your homestay large enough for a class of 15 people but also it was a beautiful place, therefore, we decided to rent for 2 days. In general, the homestay was quite great: kind owner, reasonable price, attentive service, big rooms, nice view, … Especially, we really liked the swimming pool, it was a perfect place for pictures and parties.
Your homestay was so quality, however, our class was pretty dissatisfied with the food at the homestay. The menu was poor with normal and usual food. Some were overcooked and others were unfreshed. Your homestay is near the farm so I do feel that it is a creative way to use the farm productions, which are picked by the guess, as the ingredients. Or you can add some local specialty to diversify the menu. Everyone may be joyful. Those are some suggestions to improve the food. I hope you can mention them.
