In general, human life is always occupied by many different kinds of emotion as a way to express feelings. There is one of the most positive emotions that would be fundamental for humans such as happiness. although this emotion is abstract, it can be achieved in so many ways. This essay will explain those reasons in some examples.
Happiness is part of emotion so that it cannot be described. However, it represents a positive feeling that could be known by looking at human expression. Some people have a different meaning of happiness with others due to there are many kinds of completion to gain this emotion. For instance, middle-income people will feel happy because they can fulfill their basic needs every day, while the CEO of the company will feel this emotion because they gain profit in their business.
On the other hand, there are many kinds of necessary factors to achieve happiness. First of all, due to happiness is part of positive emotion, people who want to achieve this goal can manage their daily life to keep in full of motivation and positive thinking. Furthermore, this condition can be managed by making how to-do-list with some targets in daily life. For instance, if some student has a target to tackle the IELTS test, they have to make their study plan clearly and do it with the commitment. Then, happiness will come if they can achieve their goal from what they are listed before. Secondly, happiness is not only affected by inside perception but also an external social circle. Some studies said that people who are surrounded by people who have full of happiness will take advantage of always feeling happy because this emotion seems like to influence human thinking.
In conclusion, happiness is a necessary thing that people should take in their minds because this is part of positive emotion. In addition, the most crucial thing is that people should create good planning for their life and be surrounded by happier people.
