Some people in some societies prefer to live in their home rather than to live in other s house

Essay topics:

Some people in some societies prefer to live in their home rather than to live in other’s house.

It is essential for people in some nations to live in their own house rather than to live in someone’s house. I strongly believe it is good for the people who live in their own house for some reasons I discuss below.
There are a number of advantages to owning your own house. People who live in their own houses feel safer and more comfortable. If one has their own house, they do not worry about being forced to leave the house and feel safe about their and their children’s future. In addition, you can only feel comfortable in your house where you can do whatever you want. Landlords have rules and expect you to obey them. For example, they ask you to pay in advance, no pets allowed, and they limit the number of people to stay or invite.
I believe living in your own department is better than renting a house. First of all, he or she does not have to pay for the rent which is becoming expensive especially in cities. One might have different economic status in every month and at dark times such as quarantine when many people cannot work, it is difficult for them to make the payment. Another drawback of renting is that a renter cannot change the house without owner’s permission which makes hard to live as he or she wants. Even if they changed the house spending a lot of money, they could not take the items namely repaired items with them when they move.
In conclusion, living in one’s own house is more preferable than renting for the reasons stated above.
