The diagram depicts the step and resources required in the manufacturing of matches.
Overall, there are eight stages in the production, beginning with the peeling of the barks and ending with the packaging of the matches.
In the first stage, the log is being sent to its bark with from a peeler, After that, the blades under the veneer cut these log into tiny sticks before entering the chopper, further downsizing them, Then tanks containing ammonium phosphate solution acting as a solvent for the sticks. Having been soaked, they are dried from the rotation of the dryer and blower.
The bower also helps in transporting these sticks into a storage area. With enough wind, they fall through the holes and travel by the transport belt into an inserter. After that, these sticks have to pass through three different
solution tanks containing paraffin wax and based and tip chemicals. The last step involves these soaked sticks entering the drying area before the packaging process begins, thus ending the process.
