Many people believe it is better to encourage children to work hard to achieve their goals. This statement has benefits that overweight the drawbacks.
On the one hand, Youth who work hard are devoted and focused on their target. Furthermore, they are result oriented and use the different strategy no matter how many times they fail. Besides, they have a bird's eye view in reaching the destination. For example, children who want to become a doctor in future work hard from his school life to get good marks. Also, he expects the challenge nor runs far away from it. Though he is unprivileged, he uses different tips and tricks to get the scholarship.
On the other hand, as every coin has its two sides it has some drawbacks too. The children who are under pressure of aiming high are sometimes anti-social. Furthermore, they are isolated. Some youth even don’t have the capacity to do extremely hard work as per parent's expectations as a result, they become frustrated and even commit suicide. For example, in some dance champion shows little children are pressurized to win the trophy but the reality is only one is the winner, and the rest are considered as a looser. As a consequence, this has a long-lasting physiological effect on their mind which may eventually destroy his whole life.
In conclusion, It is better to have a dream and work hard to achieve it but it is equally important to balance the other side of life too.
