The diagram provides information about producing electricity by utilizing geothermal energy.
Briefly, geothermal energy utilize the heat of the inner layer of the Earth`s to warm up the cold water to produce steam. Consecutively, this steam could be used to fuel the turbine and after that generator which is called steam generator. Finally, generator converts mechanical energy to electrical one.
Firstly, cold water from a source is introduced into system and pumped down into injected well where placed 4.5 km from the surface. In the second stage, the cold water passes through a warm up zoon which causes increasing in the temperature of water. This passage from hot zoon, bring water into near its boiling point but still remains almost liquid. The hot liquid, in the third stage, coming back to the surface by a pump and enters into a condenser. The condenser is already contained water which its temperature would be increased by hot water which was produced in the second section.
At the final stage, steam which was produced in the condenser is introduced into turbine and results in circulation of fans in the turbine. After that, energy of this circulation is transported into a generator by a shaft. At the end of fifth stage, electricity will be provided by the generator.
