You drive to work, but have recently had a problem parking your car at the office.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter
describe the problem with the parking
explain how this is affecting you
suggest what should be done about the problem
Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding car parking at our office area. I reach office around 10:00 AM in the morning however, I don't find relevant space to park my car. There are many other employees like me who face the same issue.
I agree that there is not enough space in the basement, which is causing trouble for staff to park their vehicle. My most of the time gets waste in finding space on road. This whole situation consumes most of my time and in spite of reaching office early I am not able to punch my ID on time. According to me reason behind this whole situation is carelessness. People park their car any where without taking other into consideration. Also, due to lack of synchronisation in parking, we face difficulty in car parking. In addition to this, People from nearby companies also park their cars at our parking area. Which should totally be prohibited.
With due respect I would like to propose solution in this matter. Company should hire a guard for particularly this purpose. A person should be assiend to control parking situation and make it available for office staff only. As well as, a provision of fine should be imposed for wrong parking. It is a serious issue and I will be great full if, management takes immediate action to save our precious time.
I am thankful to you for listening my problem. Any quick action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Yours Sincerely,
John
