Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to worse than what you say in the advertisement.
Most of them are Vietnamese teachers not foreigners as advertised. A class is often very crowded, exceeding the number of studens listed on the brochure. Everything is not free, i had to pay for books and cassettes tapes. They do not have an ải conditioner, which is bad, they use a fan to replace them. There is one more problem, they said the class will start from 5:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m but it is not like that! Classes usually start lat and end very soon.
T resolve the problem, i require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
