Essay topics:

Successful people try new thing and take risks rather than doing what they already how to do well.

Choosing what to do nowadays in important decisions is of great importance since it affects our lives in the long run. In my opinion, it is necessary to take new risks and try new methods in order to be prosperous. This is due to the fact that taking risks will open new solutions to us and it will stimulate our innovation.

To begin with, it is undeniable that in today’s hectic life, people may face new challenges and problems every day. Not all the situations that people confront are the same for different people. Therefore, I believe that it is better to try new methods in order to solve problems and to take risks to find a solution that is suitable for us and our situation. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. A few years ago, I took my university exam in order to be accepted to the university. After the announcement of the results of the university entrance exam, I remember that I filled a couple of the choices that I thought I might be accepted to in the application form. Eventually, after the final results were announced, I was not very satisfied with the results. However, I had the chance to change my major, but the university told me that it is almost impossible to do that. However, I tried my best and took risks, and started to change my major in the university. After about one year I was able to change my major and I was very content to do so. Based on this example, I strongly feel that people should take risks and try new methods.

Secondly, trying new methods will probably stimulate our innovation and leads to better prosperity in life. Sometimes people know to do something well, but the new problem that they have faced is somehow completely different from the situation that they have faced before, as a result the solution completely differs. Using what we know to do well in all the situations may cause some problems and not fit into new problems and situations. For example, I remember that I had a problem that I have never faced in my life before. I was really short of money in such a way that I could not afford to buy food. I did not want to borrow money from my family; therefore, I came to the conclusion that I must do something in order not to be short of money the next month. Thus, I started to open a Twitter account and to post funny and interesting posts on that account. After a while, people visited my account and followed me on that page and I could make some money from that. Since it was both interesting and in my field of expertise, I could easily solve my problem of lacking money. Had I not opened that Twitter account, I would have been short of money and would have faced many other problems.

In conclusion, I am strongly of the belief that people should try new methods and take risks in their life in order to be successful. This is because taking risks will help people find a suitable solution for their specific situation and it will arise our innovation to better solve the problem.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
