There could be myriad of reasons responsible for the above trend,whilst, certain steps taken effectively could help in mitigating this issue.
Initiating with the prominent reasons behind the above phenomenon is the emergence of social media platforms. People,earlier, used to have ample amount of time which they spent with their near ones, assisting in strengthening their bonds,nonetheless,this time is now being allocated to social networking sites. Multitudes are searching their emotional support in virtual world and which is diminishing their real life relatives ultimately. In addition to this, becoming acquisitive is the other pivotal factor behind the same. every individual,latetly, wants to reach pinnacle in their career,therefore, aspire towards their dreams. People indulge their most of the time working hard to achieve their desired goals. As cited by the survey conducted by international affairs department of India, 60% of the youth migrating alone to overseas in order to obtain a better employment opportunities.
Despite of having numerous causes for the above tendency, effective measures are in need to minimise it. The most appropriate on being able to manage ones own time. These habits could be incubated in younger ages by the educational institutes or even by the progenitors themselves acting as a role model. Moreover, organising social gatherings could really help to minimal the communication gap between the near and dear ones. Celebrating every tradition and custom may help in allowing new generations in participation. This will divert their mind from virtual world and will be efficacious in enjoying the real world.
Having analysed the whole scenario, it can be recapitulated that although the above concern is serious, not surmountable, so inculcating certain remedial measures could mitigate the issue.
