Firstly, government can play major role for reinforce education to poor learner. Number of scholarship programme can organise by nation for providing study and issues guideline to every university and school for giving highest discount to below poverty line adolescents who may not strong as a financially. For example, Punjab government issues ten percent budget for below poverty line person which offer free education. Therefore, if country focus' on that issue , than it may vanish in future.
Secondly, wealthy people should give money on youngsters' schooling and not paying unwanted expensive which would build carry for poor infant. Although rich masses pay tax to government, they does not forget their responsibility toward citizen. For instance, Bollywood actor Salman khan support one thousand pupil study each year in Mumbai. Moreover all person should fulfil their duties toward society.
Thirdly, Better occupation can be granted by government authority to poor human. After making financially stable, they can effort their child's study. The recent research of employment department in india showed that sixty percent generation unemployed. so independence of parents is essential for children's bright future.
