In the left diagram, we can see how cement is produced. At the beginning, limestone and clay are crushed in the crusher and then the powdered form is entered into the mixer. After leaving the mixer, it reaches rotating heater where heat is supplied from the external source. Then it falls to the grinder in the commercial cement form and the bags are stacked with cement inside.
The right diagram shows how concrete is produced. Concrete is prepared by mixing 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand and 50% gravel in a concrete mixer where the concrete mixer is rotated in clock-wise direction.
Thus, concrete production for building is two stage process in which first cement is produced and then concrete is produced by using this cement, water, sand and gravel.
