I tried to lessen the back-ground noise ans boosting the recorder by changing the sound options at " control panel"

You can get around 25 in 30. The speaking is clear and well organized.
One thing you need to pay attention is that 'On the other hand' doesn't mean 'On another hand'. It means However. So you used it wrongly in this speaking.
And also can you tell us what is the issue why you couldn't record it well at the first speaking?
