: The graph gives information about coffee production in 4 different countries from 1990 to 2010.
The bar chart compares the amount of coffee manufactured in four different nations (Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, and Vietnam) between 1990 and 2010.
It is clear that Brazil produced by far the highest amount of coffee during the research period. Additionally, while the amount of coffee made in Colombia decreased gradually, the three remaining nations saw upward trends.
In 1990, there were around 0,7 million tonnes of coffee produced in Brazil, followed by Colombia at exactly 0,6 million. By contrast, the figures for Indonesia and Vietnam were much lower, at approximately 0,2 million tonnes and 0,1 million tonnes respectively.
Ten years later, Brazil witnessed a dramatic increase of roughly 1 million to 1,8 million tonnes in the amount of coffee production. However, in Colombia, only 0,5 million tonnes were the amount of coffee produced in 1995, and the figure dropped gradually to 0,3 million in 2010. Meanwhile, Indonesia and Vietnam experienced slight increases in the amount of coffee production to 0,4 million and 0,3 million respectively, despite stability in the figure for Indonesia between 1990 and 1995.
