You live in the USA and your family has a spare room to rent out to a student. Write a letter to the accommodation officer of the University of America.
In the letter:-
- Describe the room
-Describe the type of tenant you won't
- Give information about your family and the rent that you expect to charge.
Dear sir,
I am Sandy, residing in 19 hill street near the University of America. I am inscribing this missive to inform you about the spare room in my home to let in a student. It is about 9 km away from your institution, in the centre of city.
This room is equipped with the various kind of advanced appliances like television, microwave and a lot more. Onviously, this is neat and clean, having a separate door for the independence of student. All the amenities can be enjoyed like ventilation, couch, bed, washroom and a study table. I am also ready to provide any other if required by pupil.
I specifically want to have an Asian student as I and my family are; which will be easy to befriend us. Here I must mention that I would prefer if a student is female since I have better experience with female tenants as they are more sincere and responsible than that of boys.
Lastly, I would like to add that total rent would be dollar 500 monthly including water and electricity bill. Cleaner's bill will be paid by herself only if wants to obtain this facility the address and my contact number are attached to this letter.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Your sincerely
Sandy Georgia.
