The above table compares top ten countries with largest population in 2019 and their projections of change in 2100. Overall, China, India and USA were in top five countries in the former year and will continue to hold their positions later with a difference of couple of hundred million.
Firstly, China had the highest population count in 2019 and it will be at the second position in the projection of 2100. India secured the second number with a count of 1380 million in 2019 and it will be raised to 1551 million until 2100. USA was at the third in 2019 which eventually will pick up a growth by 149 million in the future.
Secondly, Pakistan will keep the same place at fifth number in 2100 same as before, as compared to other countries. Indonesia will drop its level from forth to seventh despite a significant growth in its population until 2100. Brazil had 206 million people in 2019 which will decline up to 177 million in later year taking the last place in the projection.
On the other hand, Nigeria which held seventh place in 2019 will replace USA by third place with the dramatic rise of population. Other countries like Bangladesh, Russia, and Mexico from last three positions in 2019 will be replaced by other countries such as Ethiopia and Tanzania until 2100.
