Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing a letter to request reserve information about your hotel which my family and I are planning to stay at your hotel two week later for 3 days that we will check in on 5 August and check out on 8 August.
We have 3 children and 5 adults so we would like to reserve a no smoking room for two family rooms while we will appreciate reserving two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms if family rooms are not available. If possible, could you also provide these room type prices on the weekend?
In addition, we want to take a rest in the hotel and planned to visit a theme park with children. Therefore, would you please suggest any activities will provide by the hotel, such as fitness room, water sport and any extra fee need to pay, also the nearby theme park? I would be highly obliged if you could provide these details at your earliest.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Wong
