Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a student of 2nd year in your college. I would like to inform you about our clumsy milieu of cafeteria in our college campus.

As I informed from college administration office that our cafeteria was built in five years ago . After building it, no renovation works ever done yet. Color of the walls inside the cafeteria already faded, lighting arrangement is poor and sitting capacity is also poor to accommodate when intervals.

It is true that when we drink a cup of hot coffee inside the canteen hall where walls color are disappeared or blurry then our feeling will be depressed instead of exciting. Due to lack of lighting, if something need to read inside the room it is quit impossible. When the bell rings for the leisure period , most of the students try to access the cafeteria’s snacks but paucity of chairs and tables, we face a terrible situation.

Distemper is essential inside the walls if possible outside also to beautification and psychological enticement. Please inform utilities support division to add some light bulbs in proper places inside the room. You are requested to allow reasonable amount of money from annual budget to buy some new furniture for cafeteria.
