Overall, Females were recorded to be more active than men at all ages, except the group of 15-24 people. It is also apparent that the percentage of 15-24 male and 45-54 female was the highest among the chart.
In terms of the chart for the 15-24 aged group, the proportion for men doing exercises regularly was 52.8% and became the highest figure for them, which was relatively higher than that of women at 47,7%. As opposed to the pattern of 25-34 people where the percentage of women dwarfed the figure for men at 48,9% and 42,2% respectively.
Moreover, while there was an insignificant disparity between the figure of women aged 35-64 years old, hovering more than half of the surveyed participants, the percentage of their sex counterpart slightly went up from 39.5% to 45.1% at the same age.
