What stands out from the chart is that the majority of club member and general public felt excellent or satisfied about facilities, information and quality. Whereas, there is still a group of people who rated the new theater at poor after experienced service.
First of all, the figures of club members above the satisfaction reach 72% higher than general public 8%. The opposite trend for excellent experience in information was belong to club members with the slight decrease in the percentage to 54%. While, the general public continued to rise from 64% to 66%. Club members and general public felt satisfied with facilities reach respectively 26% and 24% and the data of information did not change much in comparison with facilities. To the poor experience, the figure of both club members and general public bottomed out at 2% and 8% but later there were more and more people in 2 groups who felt badly about information.
With a reference to the quality, 53% of general public felt excellent eight - fifths in comparison with club members. To the people who felt satisfied or poor with service in new cinema, general public was higher than club members through the period surveyed.
