This report derives from two pictorial illustrating the current layout of a commercial site on the east of the town Norbiton as well as the planned renovation blueprint of the sector.
Broadly speaking, the whole manufacturing area is aimed to convert into a residential neighborhood with the installment various supporting facilities and residences in the predicted diagram.
A glance at the redevelopment diagram reveals that, all the industries will be removed. Shops will set up around the rotary and a hospital will be built at the southeast side of it. The eastern road from the roundabout will have housing and playground scattered around it. Eventually, it will lead to a school that is to be constructed at the far east section of the map. In the south, at the junction of the two highways a small roundabout will be established.
By contrast, two more openings will be added to the traffic circle. One will go towards northwest where homes will be constructed at the end and north side of it. Other will pass through the river as a new bridge is to be established to connect it with homes and roads at the far northern side. As a result, the current country side will be shrinked and shifted at the east side of the map.
