The chart below shows information about European people of different age groups who went to the gym once a month or more between 1990 and 2010
The diagram illustrates how much information from the myriad different age groups who worked out once a month or two in European citizens at 4 years intervals over a period of 16 years, commencing from 1990.
In general, while the groups of gym rats from 18 to 44 moved upward, the pattern for a group 45 and over had some alteration over the period.
As far as the first year of the surveyed stint is concerned, the proportion of group workers from 25 to 34 was approximately 9.5% go to the gym, the percentage of the group between 18 to 24 was just lower than the group of people from 18 to 24, with 0.5%. In addition, the pattern for the group 18 to 24 was twofold compared to both two groups 35 to 44 and 45 and over age, in 1990.
Thereafter, in 1994, the percentage of the group 25-34 had a slight increase, at proximity 19%, the figure for the group of adolescents from 18 to 24 had overtaken the groups of gym goers between 25-34, respectively 32% and 30% in 1998, the proportion of people go to the gym from 18-24 reached the peak, nearly 60% in 2006 before had some fluctuations at the end of the period. Moreover, the others had a sharp increase at the end of the period in 2010.
