In this contemporary era, tutees attitude towards tutors is changing continuously. In umpteen nations learning centres have multifarious issues with learners behaviour.This essay will intent to analyse the triggers and some solutions to tackle the above stated view in the upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, the causative factors of this problem and the main reason is that teacher gives corporal punishment to students so they donot like their mentors. Resultantly ,it creates conflicts anong pupils and educator. In addition to this, some educatees feel humiliation in the class because instructors behave rudely with them. Thus, they feel hurt and changing their behaviour towars class teacher that disturb the peaceful environment of the school. For instance, in Newzealand, a survey was conducted in which the rude behaviour of the educators was main reason to create several complications in the alma mater. Moreover,the another reason is inequality in the classroom. If teachers treats some students partially in the class then they cannot make better relationships with the learners.
Turning towards solution of this problem, mentors should treat their offsprings with friendly way. When they will teach them as a friend, they can clear their study doubts and can make strong bonding with them. Consequently, it will reduce the conflicts among the tutors and learners. What is more, instructors should encourage mentees to take part in physical activities. After doing physical tasks in the school, they can release their stress. To cite an example, children should play different games like cricket, football and volleyball.
In conclusion, undoubtedly, changing behaviour of students is major concern in the learning institutions. If teachers will start friendly behaviour with learners and encourage them to play outdoor activities then it will definately overcome this above problem.
