Thanks!

I had some problems.
First,as I have always been occupied with scientific writings, I routinely chose some difficult patterns to express my ideas that was inefficient for such short speaking.

Second, as you mentioned before, I has been trained to think in philosophical and complicated ways, due to my previous educations. So I hardly can find simple ordinary reasons to any question.

And third, I had no experience in English speaking, especially in a tight time limit. I still have some problems in getting ready just in 15 seconds!

I know I am not that good, but practice makes everything better.

Well, you are much better now on speaking. We are seeing your improvements.

For speaking, only way is more practicing. It takes time.

For reasons, keep them simple too. Yes, for some times, the mind is empty and don't know how to start or how to develop. There are some reasons you can always use in 'emergency':

reason 1: save time
reason 2: save money
reason 3: make friends
reason 4: get more info
...
For example:

Eating at the a restaurant which can save my time(prepare food quickly).

Eating at the a restaurant which can save my money( as you told).

Eating at the a restaurant which make friends (in a good environment).

Did you get the point?

Those reasons can be applied to essay reasons too.
