People say that the best way to motivate employees is to tell them how good their work is. I totally agree with the statement, and I will classify my opinion in this essay.
In the first place, telling them how good their work will make them develop their capacity and improve employee satisfaction.Employee satisfaction is important to every company as this can lead to positive growth for the company. Motivation can facilitate employees to achieve their personal goals and can facilitate personal growth of an individual. Once that employee achieves some initial goals, they realize a clear link between effort and results, which will motivate them to continue working at a higher level.
The second is increase employee engagement. When employees are motivated, they generally give their best in assigned tasks. Motivation creates confidence in employees in satisfying their needs in the company. They always choose to stay and increase their income rather than leaving the company and increasing their income. With motivation, the employee turnover rate will be less because satisfied employees never leave the job.
In conclusion, the best way to motivate employees is to tell good their work.Without motivation, employees only try to perform minimal activities in the business. But motivation will push them to perform to the maximum.
