The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals, of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much
There are three charts graph describe that three different types of nutrients used in meal which is eaten by people such in usa as sodium, saturated fat and sugar. If we eat too much then it's harmful for our body.
First of Ill we focus on how many proportion of different nutrition used in breakfast. Exactly 14 percentage of sodium use in breakfast. While, the ratio of saturated fat and sugar ingredients are same in breakfast and that is 16%. But the proportion of all three previous ingredients are lower then other diets. Furthermore, the ratio of fat in lunch are three percentage less than sodium.
It is highly observe that in dinner proportion of salt and fat are used 43 and 37 percentage respectively. 80% sugar add in dinner which is less than other two ingredients. According to all three previous data we can say that dinner food is a much more harmful because the ratio all three ingredients are so high. Whereas, snacks contain highest proportion of glucose and that is 42 percentage. 35% is a total of other two ingredients.
Overall, dinner food is not too much good because it contains 43 and 37 percentage of sodium and fat respectively. Whereas, junk food contain more sugar and other diets.
