The structure of the Q4/Q6 is like this:

Introduction. something like 'The professor is talking about....'. about 15-20 seconds

Sub topic 1, blabla... about 20 seconds

Sub topic 2, blabla... about 20 seconds

Use your own language. Talk it like you are telling a story.

Don't go details for one sub topic, only pick up the main features from the speaking.

Listen to those speakings again that you have issues and think why you have hesitations somewhere. Most likely you didn't fully understand the topic.
