The main draw back is that you treat speaking like writing. It is too formal. You need to remove some adjectives and transition phrases which are not necessary for speakings. High marks in speaking = fluency + good and more content.

When you said 'furthermore', it is confusing to follow 'second'
Don't need 'personally speaking'
