The man’s problem is that he has got a great roommate but the roommate is moving off campus and he is worried about the new roommate. There are two solutions discussed by the students. He can either stay at the dorm with new roommate that the university is going to assign or go off campus to live with his roommate and his friends. If I were the man I would choose the first solution. The second one in not proper because although his roommate’s house has an extra room and living with a group of people is both fun and economical for splitting the rent, the house is very far from the university and he has to wake up soon to go to the university and it is more inconvenient than living with a new roommate. But the first solution is far better because although his night time study schedule may conflict the new roommate’s sleeping hours, it is easy to be in campus and take the classes.
