Your next-door neighbour likes to listen to music late at night. Because of the loud music, you often lose sleep. Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter describe the situation explain the problems it is causing you offer at least one solution
I am writing to you to inform about an issue that has been bothering me since two months. I am living in this apartment since 6 years as a responsible tenant. Ever since my new neighbor have moved next to my apartment, I am suffering from sleepless nights and its affecting my health and work.
She has a habit of listening loud music after 11pm and parting sometime latenight with friends. They are only caring about their refreshments and enjoyments. I have to wake up to early, hence my work starts at 6:30am. Now their enjoyment has been my problem. I tried to talked with her about this issue but it doesn't help me out.
I request you to officially discuss with her about this matter and let her familier with the rules of building. Anyone enjoyment course must not affect other neighbor life.
Thanks and regards,
