Some Universities in less developed countries hire professors from well-known universities to improve the quality of education. Some believe that this is not a perfect solution and there are other ways to enhance the quality of education. DO you agree or disagree?
Nowadays, a worrying trend has appeared among young people; the number of students, students dropping out of school or has a negative attitude with increasing study. this not only affects the future of them but also works towards the quality of our country’s education. So what is the deep cause of this phenomenon and is there any solution to change the negative attitude of the younger generation for learning?
The cause of young people with negative attitudes with learning can some from many psychological, social and surrounding factors. The first is too great learning pressure. many students and student face too high expectations from family, society and themselves, making them fell tired, stressed and lose interest in learning. What’s more, they lack the motivation and clear goals. when there is no specific learning goal or not seeing practical benefits from learning, young people easily feel depressed and motivated. On that side, the educational regime plays an important role. if teaching methods lack creativity or not suitable for the interests and needs of students, they can make them feel that learning becomes boring and not interesting.
In order to solve the problem of young people with negative attitudes with learning, it is necessary to have comprehensive solutions, from reform in the educational method to building a comprehensive learning and developing environment for young people. For example, encourage young people yo choose subjects or professions they are really passionate about. this helps create a connection between knowledge and personal life. Besides, building a clear motivation and goals. help young people identify personal goals and create opportunities for students to set their own learning goals and connect them to dreams and personal ambitions. when they see the bigger purpose from learning, they will be motivated to learn better.
In short, the negative attitude of young people for studying after leaving school is a worrying problem. However, if there a change in the approach to education, encouraging learning and creating opportunities for self-development, this attitude can completely change.
