The university announcement states that the library is going to make new workspaces by replacing multi-person tables with new personal tables. The man thinks that it is a big mistake and brings up some reasons. First, he states that this will left no places for group projects which is very common and that is better to use the money to make meeting rooms. This will avoid the noise in the library study rooms and there will be no need for isolation. Secondly, although the university is overcrowded, there is always one whole table for every student in the library and what the library has is sufficient for the students who use the library. So making new personal tables is a big waste of money.
