Overall, the process has five steps starting with water cleaning and ending with the packaging of the final product to the supermarket.
At the initial stage of the product, raw water is the first step and treated with water softener and chemical to ensure this is clean. At the next stage is heating, evaporation and carbonation, the purified water is pumped with electronic heaters and connected with a cooling pipe. After being heated, the carbon dioxide is passed through by carbonated water to the mixing tank. In addition, the machine has four factors including colouring, syrup and flavor.
As a result, the filter of water creates bottles and then cans them into boxes. Finally, these bottles are packaging and go to the supermarket for sale.
In conclusion, these steps are completely and following against to produce carbonated drinks.
