In most of the countries, a standard time commitment required by schools allows ample time for children to indulge in activities of their choice. Many of us oppose this and believe that children should utilize greater part of their free time in doing more of school work as it will contribute to their intellectual abilities.
Undoubtedly, school work holds a priority in child’s life in present time as good grades in school is the only ticket for higher education and good job prospects. However, at a young age a child’s mind is very fragile which cannot be strained by excessive school load...
