In this type of question
In this type of question (Independent task), I am afraid of organizing my speech like what you said. I know I have to speak like that. Most of the time, I cannot provide enough reasons to talk about and also I might not be able to control my speech.

It is not well organized . You need to use 2-3 reasons to support your opinion. Like this:
1. Introduction: your opinion.
2. first,reason 1, blabla...
3. second,reason 2, blabla...
4. third,reason 3, blabla... (this reason is optional)
5. conclusion (optional)
