Do you mean if I talk a little bit slower, then I can get 40 in 40 ???

I mean is this my only main problem??? Do you thik other factors (Intonation, content ....) are Ok??

Another important question:
I sent this file for expereinced TOEFL teacher he always says "Do not use personal example."

What is your oppinion? I mean if I use personal example I can not get high score!!

Yes, you may use less personal experience. But when you don't have something to talk about, still you can use personal experience. It is not a fixed rule.
