The line graph below illustrates the rate of citizen from two different countries without health insurance. The two cities shown are Boston and Settle in the USA.
Overall, both Boston and Settle had nearly the same percentage of people who were uninsured, just marginally over 20%. However, statistics for the two cities varied greatly during the peroid of 24 years from 1981 to 2005.
In detail, a few years after 1981, the rate of inhabitants from both cities who didn't ceceive any health insurance witnessed an upward trend but Settle showed a steeper rise. However, around the year of 1985, the rate of uninsured people in Boston started decreasing moderately until 1990 when the statistic was exactly 20% and then revealy a dramatical rise in the next 5 years. After 1994, when the percentage was higher the seattle, it began to decrease guide rapidly and continued to go down until 2005 when it readied the lowest point at about merely 2%. Regarding to the remaining city - Seattle, the percentage of uninsured people in this city showed a drastical rise by about 10% until it reached a peak at exactl 40% in 1989. The for a long period of time from 1989 to 2005, the statistic of people without health insurance in Seattle fluctuated many times but mainly dropped until 2005, when it ceached a bottom at approxinately 20%.
