I tried to recored my best answer on this question; however, I scored 24.
May you explain what is the trouble with it?
p.s. I ask you because after I understood how a good essay should look like, I started to write them. I hope to do the same trick with the speaking.

I understood, the content is a necessity but it will not secure a high mark of the speech lacks fluency, intonation and pronunciation.
