Dear sir,
My vehicle has been stolen recently, and I have car insurance for it. I am writing this letter to ask for the compensation for my lost items.
Last week, I drove my car to the shopping centre in the urban area to stock up on daily necessities. I parked my car in the parking area of the centre. However, I forgot to lock my car doors after leaving the vehicle. When I came back to the car park again, the car was unfortunately disappeared.
Additionally, several electronic devices were also left in the car, including a computer tablet the price of which is around 2,000 dollars and a cell phone that costs approximately 1,000 dollars.
I would like the insurance company to compensate me with fifty percent of the expenses of the electronic equipment. Besides, I also request you to pay for my lost vehicle. I hope that the situation will be dealt with as soon as possible. If you require further information, you can contact me directly by email.
Yours sincerely,
David Villa
