What are the characteristics of a good leader? Give reasons and examples to support your response.

Physchologist says that "the success of an organization creates from the top-management" which means the task of leader becomes essential point. If leader has positive action then staff will follow him. Hence, it is necessary for staff to identify some characteristics of a good leader. There are many criteria to indicate him such as responsible, trustworthy, and friendly.

First thing that must-have criteria for leader is accountable. It becomes crucial item because company will collapse if the leader is not control important thing like financial requirement. Leader who becomes responsible usually mature and wise to solve problem around circumstance. He always think positive and plan many alternative solutions.

Second point is dependable who creates reliance. Top-management of company gives task and duty to him because they believe that he can finish all of the duties well. He also great in organizes staffs and clients thus many projects will handled by his leadership. In addition, he should make good image with other company. So, if there is availability of tender for assignment, then the partner will put trust to him to complete it. Furthermore, sometime when there are more tasks then he will get it again and again because the partner had been belief in him.

Lastly, leader should become an outgoing person. It creates image that the leader is friendly with staff. He never makes difference between manager, staff, and office-boy. The characteristic of it provides nice atmosphere around office and makes people feel comfort. They always get spirit to go to office thus they can complete their work on-time and well-done. For example, he creates an event to go picnic together once within three-month. It is one way to make relationship more closer between staff in one department and others, staff and manager, manager and boss.

In conclusion, three counter points which should have by leader are responsible, truthful, and kindly. It affects to their staff's work and loyalty.
