I try to use examples ,but it
I try to use examples ,but it is hard for me to come up with one most of the time that is why I tend speak in general ,specially in subjects I am not familiar with .. I used the link you gave and I listened to some of her answers for q 1 and 2 and , not in million years I will be able to get that kind of examples whether in toefl test or not ...
also for the hesitation thing, I have a problem in fluency I think ..
what are your suggestions???

try the way which you think is more comfortable for you. and repeat this way all the time.
