Letter to agency to change earlier accommodation request & ask a new accommodation

You have asked for accommodation to do a course in a country; your plan has changed and you would like to ask for new accommodation. Write the agency and explain your situation and ask for your new accommodation.

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you about the change in accomodation request. I am a student of MBA programmer in Singapore and have requested an accomodation with your agency. Unfortunately, due to new irresistible opportunity, I am forced to change my plan.

A single bed room accomodation for Singapore had been requested by me last week, through your esteemed agency. I have supposed to shift to Singapore for my MBA degree course, in the beginning of next month. Request number provided by your agency was SG090721. Along with Singapore University, I had applied for Dubai University too. My name was in the waiting list for Dubai University. Yesterday, I got the selection letter from Dubai University. Since, Dubai University is better than Singapore University, I decided to take admission in Dubai University. But, in that case, accomodation requested by me, from your agency, needs to be changed. I, therefore, request you to kindly arrange the similar accomodation in Dubai, near university area.

I apologise for the inconvenience, that your agency will need to bear, due to sudden change of my plan. Looking forward to hear from your agency soon.
