In part I, there are about 25
In part I, there are about 25 seconds for one question, so the time is limited. If one question is given too much time, there are no time left for other questions. The examiners will not spend overtime for one person.
Giving two reasons/samples doesn't mean talk a lot. One relatively long sentence can be a reason. We don't bring a lot of content like in part III. Talk generally, don't go details.
