better to list more foods you like to eat, like:
I mostly like to eat homemade foods that include rice, fish, bread, vegetables, curry, sweetmeats, noodles, salads, Sandwiches and cheeses. Among restaurant and street foods I mostly like pizza, hamburger, fried fish and sushi.

Dear Sir,
How can I guess what should I say?

For instance, there I am told not to list. https://www.testbig.com/ielts-speaking/part-i/1913-what-was-last-meal-y…

I really stressed out because I do not get how I should present information. It seems that any answer is an incorrect one.

I try to give reasons- an example to sound more naturally, you say it is a bad idea because it takes too long.

I give reason-explanation, it is bad because I follow a pattern.

Please, I hope that you can explain to me what exactly is expected from me on the exam?

p.s. the problem with the special sound, overlapping speeches, adverbs and ehm are understandable and I can work with them, but presenting my thoughts correctly appears to be really challenging.

Thank you.

You need to read the comments carefully, for example, for this topic:

https://www.testbig.com/ielts-speaking/part-i/1913-what-was-last-meal-y…

the comment is:
'the topic is not how you cook the last meal. ', it is not what you told: 'not to list'.
---------------
also remember the comments given are for the specific topic only, just because this one has issues specifically. you should not apply to all topics. like, when examples are too long in part I, we will give you alarm. but it doesn't mean you can't give examples. Give examples accordingly, but for part I, examples should be avoid or very shorter since it has only around 25 seconds.

---------------
the general rules for speaking: do anything according to the topic. . There is no any pattern applied to all topics.

First, the pattern we told is used for practice purpose. You should not let people figure out there is a pattern for all speeches.

second, it is fine to use the pattern, but don't abuse the pattern. the pattern we told is:

give two reasons/things for any topic.

after the reason/thing, explain why this reason/thing.

------------------
and we realized all your questions are from the question type 'what....' in part I, like:

what was the last meal you cooked?

what kind of holidays celebrated in your country?

for this type question, still we can use the pattern for two reasons/things/processes, for example:

the last meal I cooked is a burger. //introduction. introduction is important, don't forget it.

first, I used grated onions, bread crumbs, paprika, salt pepper fried in grape seed oil. This will make It tasty. //first

and then I put Fresh grated and steamed cabbage with a tomato sauce on it. this will make it more healthy. //second
