A: it is penalty + total performance.
I am just curious will be I penalized for making conclusions in the first part or third part speeches.
A: Yes, it will get a penalty. the conclusion is like a repetition. the examiners actually want users talk less, but right on the point. the examiners would like to get a cup of coffee sooner and relax.
