Moreover, he points to that the company will consider that the target tasks or the amount of work in the workday will be the same for the employee, who works for four days or five days.
Lastly, he refutes that the option of a four-day workweek would improve the quality of life to the employee. He says that the quality of life for this employee will decrease. Also, the job ability may reduce, and this may cause an adverse effect on advance his career.
