Finally, the reading argues that this option would be beneficial for individuals. The professor made a counter argument by saying that it is a quite risky for employees, because it decreases their job stability. He explained more by saying that employees lose their chance to advance their professions and promotion in the company. Furthermore, companies may choose managers from five day per week employees.
