In modern society, people thinks that one of the important key of bright future is education. So, children from undeveloped country are wants to study abroad because of thier educational system. I partially agraa and partially disagree with the statement that ' At universities and colleges, sports and social activities are just important as classes and libraries and should recieve equal financial support.' for two reasons.
First, the main purpose of university and colleges is give students a high level education. So, university and colleges are pay more attention and financial aid to thier classes and libraries. For example, a child from undeveloped country wants to improve his or her knowledge so they go to abroad. But, if they could not recieve a high education they would be cancel thier school. Because of that, I disagree with the statement that is given first.
On the other hand, sports and social activities give a chance to student to communicate with others. No one could not live without any communication for example in university at least you must communicate with your teacher. Individual person could not live with only education, person must can communicate with others well. Communication will make you a right person in society and help you to be a leader. Due to that, I agree with the statement that is given first.
In conclusion, sports, social activities, classes and libraries are all important to build a right intelligent person. I am confused with the statement for the reasons mentioned previously, so I partially agree and partially disagree with this statement.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
